Planting on the Enig Bank in Talgarth

7 April 2024

Volunteers get planting

Thanks to the willing volunteers of On The Verge and Gwernyfed Rugby Club Under 15 coach, Levi and scrum half Ellis for the help with planting 30 perennial pollinator plants, as requested by Talgarth town council and funded by Local Nature Partnership Powys.

A huge thanks to Alison at Walled Garden Treberfydd for advising what plants suited the location and for the planting plan

The freshly planted banks of the Enig, providing perennial plants for wildlife diversity.
